SPEAD for Drilling Engineers

Drilling:                                     
  • Wellsite Orientation Phase – hands on rig experience land operation, jack-ups and semi subs
  • Intensive Wellsite Phase – shadowing the rig crew and wellsite service contractors on all aspects of the wellbore construction process
  • Wellsite Drilling Engineer – involving Well Design, Drillstring Design, Casing and Cementing, Mud Program, IWCF Level 4
  • Interactive co-operation with other disciplines such as Geology, Geophysics, Reservoir- and Production Engineering
What you can expect:
  • A tailor-made combination of practical “on the job” training supplemented by selected technical training courses for a duration of 24 months
  • Be part of a committed team and participate in challenging and meaningful business relevant projects in domestic and international assignment locations
  • Clear and competent technical supervision from senior staff, and proactive support from mentors, and SPEAD coordinators
What we expect:  
  • Master degree, equivalent or PhD (E&P relevant)
  • University study in a reasonable time frame and demonstrable academic achievement
  • At least one E&P relevant internship
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
  • International experience (school exchange program, internship, study at foreign university)
  • Highly developed social and interpersonal skills
  • High flexibility and willingness to work internationally
